A fundraiser for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer held at Twin Grove Park & Campground on June 20,2009.

We'd like to thank HA BOYD VW out of Lebanon PA for sponsoring Dub and Rub 2009. Scott, GM of HA Boyd, generously donated 2 $100 gift certificates in 2008. For 2009, he stepped up to our request and they sponsoring half the show. Thanks again Scott, and HA Boyd.
Also, Mike and Sue Newman from AP TUNING have generously donated some money to help defray our out of pocket expenses. They are located in Lebanon also on 30 South Fifth Avenue. Also VOLKSRIDE donated money to help cover the costs of the t-shirts. We needed $1400 to completely cover everything and with their generous contributions, we only needed to pay $600 to cover our overhead. Thanks to you for helping out Dub and Rub 2009!

- Sharon has been actively involved in fundraising for breast cancer research for a few years, doing Jeans Day, Daffodil Days and most recently Making Strides. Just recently having helped an aunt through chemo and radiation, her giving to the American Cancer Society became more personal.

DUB AND RUB 2009 INFORMATION
****This is an open invitation to all VW (air cooled & water cooled) and Audi drivers****
MARK YOUR CALENDARS :
JUNE 20 2009 at Twin Grove Park, Pine Grove PA the field opens and registration begins at 9AM.
$10 donation to register. $1 spectator admission donation.
By noon, all the registered cars will be on the field.
Spectator voting/judging will be on going until 1PM. Spectators can buy a ballot for $1. All registered cars will receive a ballot in their goodie bags (while they last).
At that time Jason and I will be count the votes, and we'll be handing out plaques to first and second place by 2PM. You will decide who will win and place in the following catagories:
Saggiest (lowered)
All Natural (daily driver)
Best Cleavage (best display)
Best Topless (covertibles)
Perkiest (high performance)
Inner Beauty (overall interior)
Junk in the Trunk (sound system)
Most Supportive (Most supportive of breast cancer awareness)
The show was created as a fundraiser for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, held in October at City Island in Harrisburg PA. Dub N Rub welcomes all air cooled & water cooled VW's, and Audi drivers! In the spirit of show N shine shows, everyone parks together with no distinct separation.
